The hot plate welding machine welds plastic parts mainly by means of a heating plate controlled by temperature.

During welding, the heating plate is placed between the two plastic parts and the plastic starts to melt when the workpiece is pressed against the plate. After a pre-set heating time, the plastic on the surface of the workpiece will reach a certain level of melting, then the workpiece will be separated to the two sides, the heating plate will be moved away, and then the two workpieces will be joined together, and when a certain welding time and depth are reached, the whole welding process is completed.
